The Board of directors has arranged to have all units’ exteriors, patios/balconies, patio covers, detached garage exteriors inspected and treated for termites.
Your cooperation is needed and much appreciated! (Exterior common areas will be inspected during the below-mentioned dates)

How do I schedule for the $175 interior treatment and what does that entail? Any prep work or exit time tenants?
Is the exterior of the roof covered as part of inspection? and I want my interior is taken care as well.
