The Board of directors has arranged to have all units’ exteriors, patios, balconies, second story attics, and carports inspected and treated for termites.
Your cooperation is needed and much appreciated! (Exterior common areas will be inspected during the below-mentioned dates)

I read the update and I also need to cancel my appointment as I have no attic. My appointment is scheduled for Tuesday July 8 between 12-2pm

Hi, I just received a reminder that says “attic only.” Was that also the case when I originally scheduled the appointment? I don’t have an attic, and I’ve booked a time slot for July 11 from 8:00–10:00 AM. If my unit doesn’t require inspection, can I cancel that appointment?

Is it necessary to vacate the balconies? and what do we need to do with the attic?
Hello Lucy! You dont need to vacate the balcony. For the attic please make sure there is no storage up there for us to inspect.
