Appointments are being made between 8:00 am - 4:00 pm on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Board of directors has arranged to have all units’ exteriors and interiors inspected and treated for termites.
Your cooperation is needed and much appreciated! (Exterior common areas will be inspected during the below-mentioned dates)

We do not provide an exact time frame for inspection. Please contact our office directly to schedule your appointment and a representative will gladly be able to assist you.

Unfortunately, I forgot to schedule an appointment. I spoke with the Termite guy just now and he says he’s booked for the whole day today and that I should reach out to you.
I also asked him that if someone is not able to make their appointment today, if he would be so kind as to knock on my door to do the inspection. I happen to be a member of the HOA board here at 1255, so I don’t want us to incur an additional expense by asking if you could come back to do an inspection. Would we incur additional costs if you had to come back?
