Will they be drilling holes in the walls and if so will they repair the hole?

If the inspector finds evidence of termites, yes he will be drilling directly into the wood and will patch the small hole that is made.
Hi Thomas, the inspector does drill tiny little holes to inject the chemical. Usually these holes are relatively tiny, however they do patch it up.
