Appointments are being made between 8:00 am - 4:00 pm on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Board of directors has arranged to have all units’ exteriors and HOA common areas, wood fences, unit patios and balconies, individual patio covers, unit attics and crawl spaces, garage and carport interiors, and unit interior living spaces inspected and treated for termites.
Your cooperation is needed and much appreciated! (Exterior common areas will be inspected during the below-mentioned dates)

My neighbors, Bob and Carol McCrary, at 156 T***** Ct., Solana Beach, are not usually in residence. They have asked that I open their condo at the same time that you are at my condo. (I have a key.) Please add this to the appointment that I make for my condo.
