Appointments are being made between 8:00 am - 4:00 pm on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Board of directors has arranged to have all units’ interior of attics inspected and treated for termites.
Your cooperation is needed and much appreciated! (Exterior common areas will be inspected during the below-mentioned dates)

I spoke with a representative from your office yesterday, and i was told that since my unit was ground floor and no attic, no interior inspection was required.
I called your office yesterday, I was told that since I am a ground unit with no attic, I don’t need to make an appointment. Please clarify.

Hi- how are you handling the scheduling of garage inspections?
Hi Linda, once you make your appointment and the inspector is there he will walk with you to your detached garage.
We have a guest staying in our unit and they are not comfortable leaving a key. Since we are on the ground floor can the inspectors access the patio without going through the unit interior?
Hello Dale, unfortunately we still need access throughout the interior. The resident can stay home at time of the inspection.
