The Board of directors has arranged to have all units’ exteriors, fences and patios inspected and treated for termites. Optional- Discounted flat rate of $150 for interiors, attics, garage interiors . Covers any necessary treatment of the interior. Payment will be needed at the time of the inspection. An appointment is needed regardless if you opt out of the interior to allow access to the backyard.
