Appointments are being made between 8:00 am - 4:00 pm on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Board of directors has arranged to have all units’ exterior common areas, patios and balconies, and attics inspected and treated for termites.
Your cooperation is needed and much appreciated! (Exterior common areas will be inspected during the below-mentioned dates)

I am also on the ground floor and have. no attic. I believe the service people can step over the wall to the patio

What if I am unable to choose my address in the above dropdown. Does that mean that I do not need to make a appointment since one of your technicians came to my place a few months ago?
That is correct! If you cannot make an appointment, that is because you are cleared.

Are first floor units required to make an appt? I dont have an attic.
We have been out of town for a while and just got here today for the weekend and it looks like this was the last appointment time for the dates… You aren’t doing them Friday or Saturday?
We have an existing termite problem that the last time they did an inspection using you… No one caught, and it became bad and at this point, we need to be involved with all of the units with tenting most likely

Will you also be spraying for ants?
If this is an exterior inspection, do first floor units need to make an appt???
I have a Lower unit why would you need an appt. to go onto my patio and check the exterior?
