Appointments are being made between 8:00 am - 4:00 pm on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Board of directors has arranged to have all units’ interior and exterior inspect and treat under warranty.
Your cooperation is needed and much appreciated! (Exterior common areas will be inspected during the below-mentioned dates)

I live in The Palms, Long Beach. I tried to book an appt. You do not have enough time slots available for all tenants as all time slots are taken. Please advise. Thank you.
Can someone please reply with receipt that I made an appointment? I did receive an error on first attempt and then tried again with SUCCESS. However, I don’t have other than the auto reply as seen with “success of appointment” noted, and it would be nice to have some form of confirmation. Thank you. I will complete the contact information as requested below, per your system as required: name, email, and website – assuming website means where I scheduled my appointment which was also a link provided in the email that I received for scheduling my appointment. I will add that I made the appointment for October 18, 2024 with time slot 2:00PM to $:00PM. Thank you and please confirm.

Hello, why aren’t there more weekends available ? I attempted to book when I received the email and Saturday was already completely booked! I will have to take time off of work (including travel time) to be home for two hours for a 15 minute inspection. Thank you!
