The Board of directors has arranged to have all units’ exteriors and interiors inspected and treated for termites.

Yes, you can work from home during the inspection.
Needless to repeat my age and future difficulty finding accommodations for myself and my small dog. Trust you may provide timely, affordable, appropriate locations ahead to conduct research!

There is no need to leave the home. If the inspector finds any evidence of termites he will be drilling directly into the wood membrane and injecting the product directly.
