The Board of directors has arranged to have all units’ exteriors, wood fences, patios/balconies, attics, garage/carport interiors and unit interiors inspected and treated for termites.

There was a paper notice next to the entryway to my condo located at 158 W Grove St, Unit 2, Pomona, CA 91767 and no one replaced the the door jam that is damaged from termites. I tore the sign off and am arranging an appt. During the week from 8-4.
